Jason Cummings (born 1 August 1995) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a forward for Indian Super League club Mohun Bagan Super Giant. He has represented both Scotland and Australia at international level.
Early Career: Cummings started his career with Hibs, progressing through their youth system before making his professional debut.
Club Career:
- Hibs: He enjoyed a successful spell with Hibs, becoming a prolific goalscorer and helping them win the Scottish Cup in 2016.
- Nottingham Forest: Cummings moved to Nottingham Forest in 2017.
- Rangers: He had a loan spell with Rangers.
- Peterborough United: Cummings also played for Peterborough United.
- Shrewsbury Town: Another club he played for was Shrewsbury Town.
- Dundee: He had a loan spell at Dundee.
- Central Coast Mariners: Cummings played for Central Coast Mariners in Australia's A-League, where he won the Championship and was named the A-League's player of the year.
- Mohun Bagan Super Giant: He currently plays for Mohun Bagan Super Giant in the Indian Super League.
International Career:
- Scotland: Cummings initially represented Scotland at the under-17, under-19, and under-21 levels, and earned two caps for the senior national team in 2017.
- Australia: In 2022, he switched his international allegiance to Australia and represented the Socceroos at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
